What are the materials used in your earrings?
The majority of my earrings, necklaces and accessories are made from Polymer Clay or Resin (sometimes a combination of both). The findings used for Earrings and most Necklaces is Stainless Steel. I often try my best to include the metals used in the individual listings.
How do I take care of my new earrings/ creations?
Because my creations are handmade, they can be delicate so it's best to be gentle with them! Make sure to remove items before showering or anything that involves submerging in water. Keep them from coming into contact with any chemicals. To clean, use a lightly damp cloth to gently wipe the surface and then dry with a paper towel. Ensure to store them in a cool, dry and safe place.
Do you do custom orders?
I do! I accept commissions for handmade items. Either use the Contact Me page on this website, Message me on Instagram or Email me directly.
How long does an order take to ship?
The processing time once and order has been made can take between 2-5 days. Delivery within New Zealand can take 3-5 Working Days. Delivery to Australia can take 3-10 working days.
Unfortunately, Once your order has been passed to the courier it is out of my control. However, please feel free to email me with any concerns regarding your package.
